How do you post your artwork?
Unframed art prints are sent in a rigid mailing tube to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. When unrolling your piece, let gravity do the work — don't roll it back on itself.
Do you post internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available. The cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature of original and limited edition artworks, I'm unable to accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos and I'll make it right.
Are your original artworks one-of-a-kind?
Yes — every original artwork is completely unique and one-of-a-kind. Once sold, it will never be reproduced as an original. Each piece is hand signed by Sally McLean.
Are your fine art prints limited edition?
Yes. All fine art reproductions are limited edition, printed on 320gsm archival cotton rag and hand signed by Sally McLean. Edition sizes are noted on each product listing.
What sizes are the fine art prints available in?
Fine art prints are available in multiple sizes. The available sizes for each artwork are listed on the individual product page.
What materials do you use in your original artworks?
Sally works primarily in acrylic and mixed media, often incorporating gold foil leaf and other textural elements. All original artworks are varnished and ready to hang on stretched canvas.
Can I commission a custom artwork?

Do you offer framing?
Original artworks are supplied on stretched canvas, ready to hang without framing. Art prints are supplied unframed. Local framing recommendations are available on request.
Are your products Australian-made?
Yes — all of Sally McLean's original artworks and fine art reproductions are created and printed in Australia.
